Iss nach Deinem Geschmack<\/li>\n<li>Iss kleinere Portionen mehrmals am Tag<\/li>\n<li>Iss langsam und kaue gr\u00fcndlich<\/li>\n<li>Fett und Zucker in Ma\u00dfen<\/li>\n<li>Vermeide intensive Ger\u00fcche<\/li>\n<li>Greife zu st\u00e4rkereichen Speisen wie z. B.
