Keinesfalls solltest Du dies als \u00dcbung machen, da es bei Wiederholung sch\u00e4digen kann!<\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr eine weitere Wahrnehmung lege Dich auf den R\u00fccken und stelle beide Beine h\u00fcftbreit an. Eine Hand liegt auf Deinem Schambein. Dr\u00fccke nun beide Fu\u00dfballen in die Unterlage und bleibe mit den Fersen auf dem Boden. Halte diese Spannung 10 Sekunden und atme dabei gleichm\u00e4\u00dfig weiter. Wiederhole es 10-mal.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00dcbung 2: Anspannen der Muskeln<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Wenn Du den Beckenboden sp\u00fcrst, kannst Du beginnen, die Muskeln anzuspannen. Versuch Deine Sitzbeinh\u00f6cker, die Beckenknochen auf denen Du sitzt, zu sp\u00fcren. Setz Dich aufrecht auf einen Hocker, auf Deine H\u00e4nde. So merkst Du Deine Sitzbeinh\u00f6cker. Ziehe nun diese beiden Knochen zusammen und stell Dir vor, bei voller Blase Deinen Urin zur\u00fcckzuhalten. Wechsele 10-mal zwischen Anspannung und Entspannung.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00dcbung 3: Kr\u00e4ftigung der Beckenbodenmuskulatur<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Lege Dich erneut auf den R\u00fccken und stelle beide Beine h\u00fcftbreit auf. Dr\u00fccke Deine F\u00fc\u00dfe in die Unterlage. Spanne nun Deinen Beckenboden an. Rolle dann den unteren Teil der Wirbels\u00e4ule auf, bis der Po in der Luft ist. Halte die Beckenbodenspannung die gesamte Zeit weiter. Dr\u00fccke Deine Arme, die neben Dir liegen, in die Unterlage. Halte die Position \u00fcber mehrere Atemz\u00fcge.
