Sie steuern Deine Motivation.<br \/>\nF\u00fcr die meisten Menschen ist das Steigern der k\u00f6rperlichen Aktivit\u00e4t eine gro\u00dfe Herausforderung. Daher klappt es oft nicht auf Anhieb. Wenn es Dir \u00e4hnlich geht, kann das Setzen von konkreten, messbaren Zielen hilfreich f\u00fcr Dich sein, um Dein Verhalten in eine positive Richtung zu lenken.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Formuliere Deine Ziele so genau wie m\u00f6glich<\/strong><br \/>\nLege detaillierte Ziele fest. Das hilft Dir, Deine Ziele wirklich umzusetzen. Allgemeine Pl\u00e4ne wie zum Beispiel \u201eIch m\u00f6chte mich im Alltag mehr bewegen\u201c sind zu ungenau. Besser sind messbare Ziele, \u2013 zum Beispiel: \u201eIch m\u00f6chte in der n\u00e4chsten Woche jeden Tag 30 Minuten spazieren gehen. Bei Wind und Wetter!\u201d Am besten, Du legst auch eine genaue Tageszeit fest und stellst einen Wecker!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Setze Dir Ziele, die nicht zu leicht und nicht zu schwer sind<\/strong><br \/>\nEs ist sehr wichtig, dass Du Deine Ziele angemessen festlegst. Sie d\u00fcrfen Dich und Dein sportliches Handeln weder \u00fcberfordern noch unterfordern.<br \/>\n\u00dcberpr\u00fcfe also die Ziele, die Du Dir gesetzt hast, genau. Frage Dich, ob sie geeignet und f\u00fcr Dich machbar sind. Wenn sie das sind, solltest Du Dir gewiss sein: Du kannst Deine Ziele mithilfe Deiner eigenen F\u00e4higkeiten und Deiner Motivation erreichen!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Plane Hindernisse ein<\/strong><br \/>\nDas Leben sorgt f\u00fcr \u00dcberraschungen. Plane das schon vorher ein: Es wird zu Trainingspausen kommen, sei es durch einen ungeplanten Krankenhausaufenthalt oder weil es Dir k\u00f6rperlich vor\u00fcbergehend schlechter geht. Frage Dich, was Du dann machst. Hast Du f\u00fcr diese F\u00e4lle einen Plan B?
