Estos tendr\u00e1n un gran impacto en su motivaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Para la mayor\u00eda de las personas, aumentar su actividad f\u00edsica es un verdadero desaf\u00edo. Por lo tanto, puede ser dif\u00edcil obtener resultados satisfactorios de inmediato. Si este es su caso, fijarse objetivos concretos y medibles puede ayudar a reforzar su comportamiento de manera positiva.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>Establezca objetivos muy concretos<\/b><br \/>\nDefinir objetivos espec\u00edficos le ayudar\u00e1 a alcanzarlos. Los objetivos generales como \u00abQuiero hacer m\u00e1s ejercicio todos los d\u00edas\u00bb son demasiado vagos. Intente establecer metas m\u00e1s concretas y medibles, como: \u00abLa pr\u00f3xima semana caminar\u00e9 30 minutos todos los d\u00edas, sin importar el clima\u00bb. Idealmente, tambi\u00e9n deber\u00eda especificar una hora exacta y configurar una alarma para motivarse.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>Establezca objetivos con un nivel de dificultad adecuado, ni demasiado f\u00e1ciles ni demasiado dif\u00edciles<\/b><br \/>\nEs muy importante fijarse metas que se adapten a sus capacidades, que no sean ni demasiado exigentes ni demasiado simples.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Revise los objetivos que se ha fijado y preg\u00fantese si son adecuados y alcanzables. Si la respuesta es afirmativa, \u00a1es perfecto! Saber que sus capacidades y motivaci\u00f3n le permitir\u00e1n cumplirlos har\u00e1 que sea m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil comenzar.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><b>Anticipe los obst\u00e1culos<br \/>\n<\/b>La vida est\u00e1 llena de imprevistos. Aunque es dif\u00edcil anticiparlos, sea consciente de que su rutina de entrenamiento puede sufrir interrupciones, ya sea por una hospitalizaci\u00f3n inesperada o porque no se sienta bien.
