Ces comportements ou habitudes malsaines peuvent effectivement augmenter le risque de cancer, mais tout le monde ne d\u00e9veloppe pas un cancer en vivant un mode de vie malsain. Parfois, il n&rsquo;y a pas de raison \u00e9vidente. Ce qui est important pour vous maintenant, c&rsquo;est de vous concentrer sur votre situation actuelle et sur l&rsquo;avenir. La pens\u00e9e positive vous y aidera beaucoup.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Tous vos sentiments sont importants<br \/>\n<\/strong>Si vous vous sentez triste ou en col\u00e8re, essayez de ne pas refouler ces sentiments. Acceptez vos \u00e9motions telles qu&rsquo;elles sont et comprenez qu&rsquo;elles sont tout \u00e0 fait naturelles. Certains mauvais jours, il se peut que vous vous sentiez incapable de sortir du lit ou que vous ayez envie de pleurer. N\u2019ayez pas honte de ces sentiments : tant qu\u2019ils ne persistent pas, ils sont tout \u00e0 fait normaux.<br \/>\nRappelez-vous simplement que demain est un nouveau jour, que votre moral sera surement meilleur, que vous serez capable de rire et de profiter \u00e0 nouveau de votre entourage.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Trouvez des moyens de vous relaxer<br \/>\n<\/strong>Demandez-vous ce qui vous aide \u00e0 vous d\u00e9tendre. La m\u00e9ditation, le yoga ou les exercices de relaxation peuvent \u00eatre b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques. Ou m\u00eame un long bain ou une promenade dans le parc. Essayez de prendre du temps pour vous et de l&rsquo;appr\u00e9cier.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Restez actif tous les jours<br \/>\n<\/strong>Vous vous sentez bien jusqu\u2019\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent ? Fort et dynamique ? Si c\u2019est le cas, essayez de rester actif et de faire de l\u2019exercice. Sortez, faites des choses avec des amis ou allez promener.
