Il peut donc s\u2019av\u00e9rer difficile d\u2019obtenir des r\u00e9sultats satisfaisants imm\u00e9diatement. Si vous \u00eates de ceux-l\u00e0, le fait de vous fixer des objectifs concrets mesurables peut positiver votre comportement.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><b>Fixez-vous des objectifs tr\u00e8s concrets<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\">La d\u00e9finition d\u2019objectifs pr\u00e9cis vous aidera \u00e0 les r\u00e9aliser. Des objectifs g\u00e9n\u00e9raux de type \u00ab\u00a0Je veux faire plus d\u2019exercice au quotidien\u00a0\u00bb sont trop vagues. Essayez de vous fixer des objectifs plus concrets et mesurables, comme\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0La semaine prochaine, j\u2019irai marcher 30 minutes tous les jours, quel que soit le temps !\u00a0\u00bb. Id\u00e9alement, vous devriez aussi sp\u00e9cifier une heure concr\u00e8te et mettre une alarme pour vous motiver \u00e0 y aller.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p5\"><b>Fixez-vous des objectifs d\u2019un niveau de difficult\u00e9 appropri\u00e9, ni trop facile, ni trop difficile<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Il est tr\u00e8s important de vous fixer des objectifs adapt\u00e9s \u00e0 vos capacit\u00e9s, ni trop \u00e9prouvants, ni trop faciles.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\">V\u00e9rifiez les objectifs que vous vous \u00eates fix\u00e9s et demandez-vous s\u2019ils vous conviennent et s\u2019ils sont atteignables. Si c\u2019est le cas, c\u2019est parfait\u00a0! Le fait de savoir que vos capacit\u00e9s et votre motivation vous permettront de les r\u00e9aliser vous facilitera le d\u00e9marrage !<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\"><b>Anticipez les obstacles<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p4\">La vie est pleine de surprises. Bien qu\u2019il soit difficile de les anticiper, soyez conscients que votre entra\u00eenement aura des interruptions, soit \u00e0 cause d\u2019un s\u00e9jour impr\u00e9vu \u00e0 l\u2019h\u00f4pital, soit parce que vous ne vous sentez pas bien. Il est donc important de disposer d\u2019un plan B pour ces situations.
